According to the Silver Surfer thread, I'd say about 50 cents.

Not at all similar but that installation reminded me of this piece by Howard Munce. I bought it at his estate sale back in 2016 (along with some other original illustrations and paintings).

It used to be to earn a BFA from UT you had complete either Mixed Media or Installations. I lucked out and got Mixed Media. The last piece was to study an artist in our major/minor and create like them in any way shape or form. 20 years ago it was Bruce Metcalf....

Silver, brass, copper, walnut, plexiglass, acrylics. I kicked mixed media in the balls.

I have a couple real bone (real people) human medical skeletons. The various teaching programs prefer the modern plastic ones. Gave up trying to donate them, so they live in their cabinet.
I imagine one day I will pay to have them cremated, it seems wrong to sell them somehow, although it is legal in my state.

Ancient Polaroid daguerrotype, aka a pre-cellular selfie. This totally accidental double exposure hasn't been re-touched in any manner.

If titled, I'd probably call it "The Ghost of Cat's Past!"

Upon reflection, I'll add that these images were taken in a mirror (pun intended).

More leftover Sundae Gnus from my FB page that can be posted here (w/o politics)...

Weakened Sundae Gnus: Free Madonna Concert in Brazil draws 1.6 million, the crowds thinning out once they realized she hadn’t been incarcerated. In other entertainment gnus, the much anticipated “Lovers & Friends" festival in Las Vegas featuring Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson and Gwen Stefani was cancelled at the last minute due to high winds and short skirts.

In shockingly shucked science gnus, vegetables apparently don't exist in botany as they're either roots, stems, flowers or leaves of plants. This new revelation is causing widespread panic among restauranteurs who fear smart-ass customers will confuse servers with banal queries about veggies.
