Got this a couple years ago. Neatly removed from a bound volume which I always thought meant trimming. Apparently not.

For the first time in 30 years, I decided to start selling my collection. I'm testing the waters with a well known comic seller on Ebay. I picked an odd assortment, just to see how it goes. I think they'll be listed on the 23rd. 10 comics of thousands of GA and SA high grade esoteric 1#'s, #nn's, promos, giveaways and Dell four colors I have to choose from.
Anyhow, a few oddities here. "World's Greatest Parade" is a copy of PEP #30, which has the 1st appearance of Archie's Miss Grundy. Those that aren't familiar sometimes copies of unsold comics would have their covers removed amd replace with a local movie theater to be handed out to kids.
Another cool one is the "3-D Western Fighters" a little known L.B. Cole cover. Very hard to find in nice condition and never with the glasses attached. This is a nice copy with the glasses attached.
The other raw are all VF or above IMHO. The Modern Comics #49 is the 1st appearance of "Fear", whoever that is.
Wish me luck. I'm nervous and excited.

Here is the rarest Schomburg cover around. Just picked this up from a guy who bought a storage locker. I picked up a ton of stuff cheap. Couldn't believe it when I got this. This is huge in size. As big as the old Life Magazines. I'm not a huge fan of Schomburg comic covers really, but this is before he started into comics heavily. Only 8 to 10 copies known to exist. Makes Suspense Comics #3 look plentiful.
Gayety #1 (1941) VF/NM

Here is a group shot of all 25 of the high grade comic/humor digests I bought for 350.00. They are all 1940 to 1950s and all #1's. Some I can't find any reference to, nor coming up for sale recently. Kind of cool.
