There are 3 different Rhubarb four colors. The 423 is #1. These are extremely tough to find in high grade. Not sure why. I finally got them all in high grade. Not an easy task. If you don't care about grade then they are readily available on Ebay.

I think you may be right, Marty. From the picture, it looks like there is quite a bit of distributer's ink all around that cover and even the inside pages.

I think the whole "RESTORED" grade is silly..."INCOMPLETE" a third of the cover is missing...hardly
worth a "SMALL AMOUNT OF COLOR TOUCH ON COVER" to RESTORE it.
