Two VERY RARE Looney Tunes comics 'market test' issues with 15-cent cover price. These are NOT CPV, they were from Dell Comics in 1957 ~ 1958 when they were seeing if folks would buy a 15-cent comic in the US. Dell distributed these only in the San Francisco Bay Area.  |

| @Sagii Dell distributed something like 300+ different issues of comics from 1957 ~ mid-1958 that had the 15-cent cover price, but only in the one test area (SanFran Bay Area). A lot like the Marvel test price books, but on a much smaller scale. Definitely qualify as 'cover variants' before anyone even knew what that was. |
