Comics 1st super team! Avengers, JLA, X-Men, you name it, all stem from this one. Historically important book.

This may not be the most famous superhero car smashing cover, but it's the best...

Well I did it. I sent in 6 orders totaling 165 old comics GA, SA and a few BA I had laying around. Couldn't pass up on the 15% off. Should be fun to add them to the comic book horde. I'll let you know how it all plays out in a couple months.

Here is one of the books I sent in. Pictorial Love Stories #22(#1) 1949 in NM-shape, fingers crossed. That's not a dust shadow at the bottom, just crappy printing defect, all copies look identical. This book is extremely rare. This one is about as high grade as you'll see. They only ones I have ever seen are always 5.0 or well below.
Odd this used to be western comic Tom McCoy Comics up to issue #21. Weird how they shifted from western to love stories, instead of just making it a #1. Charlton publishing.

George might've been inspired by Schomburg background characters...

No recent GA to speak of so I'll just post one of my old favorites...

The cover may have been a SPIDER pulp swipe, but Every Feature (was) Brand New!
