1950 J.C. Penny giveaway. I'll give it a little press and it will be near perfect.

A couple of first issues for your enjoyment: Dell Four Color #169, 1947. AKA Woody Woodpecker #1. A super cool book with surprisingly good writing.

And Shock SuspenStories #1, 1952. This is one of my favorite covers. What makes it so interesting is not the horrifying electric chair scene, but the diverse reactions of the onlookers.

File copies I just got in a week ago from Malcolm Ater Jr. His dad owned Commercial Comics. I have been buying file copies on and off one or two at a time over last couple years.
He ended up going through what his dad had left in the filing cabinets and I had him pull me any remaining copies in NM shape.
So, one final purchase we did in this group. Cool thing is I ended up with two copies of some rare promos when this group is put with what I bought before from him. Two H-Bombs, two Pittsburgh Gazette, etc...

One of my first ever GA raw purchases from ~20 years ago. I decided to finally get it slabbed. Crazy there are no label notes though....
