| Hello all, My favourite comic shop which I consider to be my LCS (even though they are 4 provinces away) just got broken into and about 80k worth of comics stolen. Please keep an eye out for the following serial numbers so these thieves can be caught. I know I will be checking eBay every day to help look for them but there are alot of other sites that I don't use that you all might so the more people looking the better! This store's Instagram page is as follows: https://www.instagram.com/p/CnMtmDFuXbB/ Excerpt from their Instagram post: "Alrighty, at about 12:45am this morning, someone took a saw to our front door and busted in, stealing $74,350 in Graded Comic Books inside of a 45 second shopping spree. No one was here, and we are all physically okay - we just need a new door! The outpouring of support so far has been overwhelming. Thank you all. See the below list of books with Serial #'s. The Police are working hard on this, and hopefully we can see these assholes brought to justice quickly. We are in Brantford, ON, Canada - about an hour from Toronto. Darn lowlife losers. Get a job!! Definitely keeping an eye out for these. Hope they get caught and either return what they stole or get garnished for a very long time until everything gets paid back. Please tell me the shop owner has insurance.  |

| This is my lcs, the good thing is they left some higher value books. The bad is its down the road from the police station. Hopefully the video footage can help identify the dirt bag. | ||

| I hope they are caught and and the books returned. I can’t say I’m surprised anymore. All these shops being burglarized is easy money with the only safe guard being a locked door. Insured or not; having wall books valued at 5k, 10k, 25k and more unsecured is like leaving piles of cash on the coffee table with all the window blinds opens in your house. It’s only a matter of time until someone seizes that opportunity. |

| Sad to see this. My two lcs, one has a VIP room upstairs for more expensive books at that part is harder to break into. The other takes home the big books over a couple of ks after closing times. Businesses have insurance but it's a big hassle to sort thru. |

 Thankfully my LCS was able to locate some of their books and are in the process of getting them back. Not all have been recovered. Good thing the criminals were not too bright, trying to sell encapsulated to 2 different locations in Montreal and Buffalo, they also found 1 for sale on eBay.
