| I just don't see how they are sending out promotions claiming that pressing turnaround is now 18 weeks for normal turnaround but all of us (and countless other customers) are still waiting almost a year for books that we paid for Express turnaround and the estimates on the website still say 490 business days...I'm no mathematician but this all seems a bit north of 18 weeks. | ||
