Superman/Toyman #1, one-shot. This comic features appearances by Doomsday and Conduit. VF+, or better. The front cover shows a production wrinkle between Doomsday’s chest and left arm…it doesn’t appear to break the ink. The entire bottom right corner of the book has a mild bend through it that may break the ink on the back cover. $2 |

Superman: Under A Yellow Sun, ‘A Novel By Clark Kent’. The cover of this book has embossed/raised lettering. FN/VF, or better. The back cover is the problem again, even though the front has it's defects too. Again, I'm dinging the grade estimate because of the spine binding ink breakage. $3 |

Gang, I'm going to stop here. I have more Superman stuff, including other titles, but this particular series isn't getting the attention I had hoped. That's quite alright though!!! I know how these things work. It's all good. I'm going to take the weekend to figure out where to go from here....more Superman, maybe Batman, some Marvel stuff? Lots to choose from. Lol Thanks for looking!! Again, please message me with questions, concerns, requests, offers...you name it. A bad question is one that isn't asked. A shameless plug here...I also have a Modern CGC slab thread going as well. I know some of you have seen that stuff...it's all the same because I don't sub anymore. Lol. Have a great weekend!! We're going to look for a Christmas tree in the mountains to cut down. Only $10!!! |

I'm going to change it up a bit. I don't want to overwhelm this thread with Superman comics...and I have a lot. I'll list more at a later date, if the thread gets any traction. I'm going to switch over to everything I have left in my Spider-Man titles. I've sold off a good deal of ASM, Spider-Man, etc., but there might still be a few gems left in what I have remaining. I'll start off with the only Silver Age Spidey I have left... *REMINDER* Prices do NOT reflect shipping, which I changed a while back. Media Mail shipping up to 70lbs is free. Any other type of shipping, message me and we'll hash it out. |

The trading cards are in great shape. $5 |

That's all I have left of my raw ASM collection. I do have some very recent Modern variant slabbed ASM's in another sales thread, if anyone is interested in looking. It won't be hard to find in the forum. You can message me as well...I don't have all of them listed yet. Next up, the only three issues I have from the Sensational Spider-Man series. Lol |

Sensational Spider-Man #11 (direct). This issue is Revelations, Part 2 of 4 and it features an appearance by Gaunt. VF, or better; off-white to white pages. For me, the light ink rubs along the spine on the back drops the grade more. $2 |

This one is an oddball, but I figure it fits in with Spider-Man. Spectacular Scarlet Spider #1 (direct). Issues #1 and #2 replaced Spectacular Spider-Man. This issue is Virtual Mortality, Part 4 of 4, and it features an appearance by Doctor Octopus. A couple of the pages after the center wrap were stuck together by something small near the bottom edges. I can provide scans/photos, but..... FREE, with any purchase |

Spectacular Spider-Man #213, deluxe newsstand edition. This issue features the 1st meeting between Typhoid Mary and Spider-Man. The comic was originally polybagged, but the poly bag doesn’t come with it. It does come with the original 16-page preview and animation cell. VF-, or better; off-white to white pages. Both covers show telltale signs of being polybagged, but they are mild and don’t break the ink. The bottom spine corner shows a mild bend that very lightly breaks the ink on the front cover. This comic would benefit from a pressing. The extra goodies are in pretty good shape. $3 |

Spectacular Spider-Man #223, standard direct edition. This issue features appearances by Peter Parker and The Jackal. VF-, or better; off-white to white pages. The front cover shows a ‘scuff’ across one of the spider legs that doesn’t break the ink. The back shows something similar. I can’t tell if it can be cleaned, or if it’s a production defect. A press will help here. $2 |

The inside covers show a few spine issues, but the acetate cover appears to be unaffected. The acetate cover may have some light cosmetic scratches on it, but if so they are difficult to see. This comic is the gem I mentioned earlier... Spectacular Spider-Man #231, alternate Sal Buscema variant, cover B (limited to 1000 copies). This comic features the return of Kaine, and is 1 of 4 limited variant special covers Camelot Music released polybagged with Saturday Morning Cartoons Sampler Cassette. Also released were Amazing Spider-Man #408, Sensational Spider-Man #1, and Spider-Man #65. The four covers connect to depict a giant spider symbol in the background. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t collecting a lot of Spider-Man and I didn’t know about the connecting covers…I don’t have the other issues unfortunately. The price was printed on the poly-bag while the UPC symbol was printed on the comic cover. I do know that this raw comic variant is very hard to find. The polybagged comic included a cassette tape featuring The Ramones performing the 1967 animated Spider-Man series theme song as well as other selected songs from "Saturday Morning: Cartoon's Greatest Hits" CD. Unfortunately, this copy does NOT come with the bag or cassette. I did have a polybagged copy, but I sold it a few years ago on eBay before I knew how collectible it was. VF, no better. The entire bottom right page corner of the book shows a small bend…the crease doesn’t appear to break the ink on the front cover, but the back cover barely shows ink-breakage at the bend. This comic will benefit from a pressing. A press will help a bit, but I think the spine creases keep the grade down. MCS is trying to sell raw copies for outrageous amounts for un-bagged copies, in my opinion. There isn't any recent sales info on eBay, and none for sale...this variant anyway. I'll probably be generous with a reasonable offer. $85, or best offer |

The trading card has a very mild indentation on the front that doesn’t break the ink. $3 |

Spider-Man #1 (newsstand). With cover art by Todd McFarlane, this issue features an appearance by Lizard. This copy originally came in a polybag, but that bag is long gone. VF-, or better; off-white to white pages. The back cover does show the telltale vertical indentation from the polybag, but it doesn’t appear break the ink. The back cover also shows some ‘wrinkling’ near the bottom spine corner, but it’s difficult see if the ‘creases’ break the ink on the spine. There is also a very mild bend of the back upper left corner that goes through the whole book. A press will help, but I don't know if it will get into Near Mint territory. $10 |
