re-watching some phase 1 Marvel - 1st Cap movie was really good - at least I can always re-watch the good stuff and just skip most of the new offerings!

The Freak Brothers. Awesomely terrible, inappropriate, immature, but made me laugh!

Watched Dungeons and Dragons. It was entertaining enough. A little long, over 2 hours. Poor Hugh Grant hasn’t aged all that well. He was well cast in the “conflicted, but not too much” role.

@EbayMafia

I couldn't finish the film. I can typically sit through anything once. But this movie literally put me to sleep.

Watched it, thought it was ok. I liked the Easter egg of the 1980s dungeons and dragons cartoon of the characters in the cage.

I saw it opening night and when I saw them there I laughed out loud and said HEY look! and nobody freaking knew what I was talking about … where'd they grow up? LOL

We watched this right after listening all the way up past this "Captain's Log" chapter in the Dracula audible book. It really is a neat telling of those few log entries and all they imply. Other than the introduction of two new characters to sort of help the story along, it did a pretty accurate job!

Blue Beetle. It was enjoyable and had the trademark DC property destruction and wild swings in tone. Not appropriate for the "why isn't that a white guy?" crowd.

@Stonecollector it's still hard for me to believe how so many great non-horror movies are based on Stephen King novels.

I think Shawshank Redemption is my favorite non-horror King film....perhaps favorite overall.
