| I submitted four books at the Lebanon TN Music City Comicon a week ago (10/28). I asked the folks at the table when I would be able to see them on the CBCS website they said by WEDS. Well I see nothing on the pink submission sheets (unless I am blind) I do not see an order or invoice number. HELP what can I do? thank you for your help! |

| Give it a little more time they slow buddy. I know how it feels there like your comics are lost when I sent mine off to them in the mail I was like did they wven get my comics. I think it took like two weeks after I sent them off for them to send me a email saying they have checked in my comics into the system | ||

| I submitted two Modern Express Signature at Baltimore Comic Con on 28 October, but they don't start in-processing until they get back to Texas. Mine popped up on my Dashboard yesterday, 04 November. Last year I submitted a non Express Modern Signature at Baltimore, and it didn't show up on my Dashboard until 06 January, more than two months later just to get checked in. |

| @actionnerdtoys the timer on your TAT starts on Wednesday but sometimes it take a while to actually show up in the system. If you don't have an order number it will just be attached to the email address you put on the form. | ||

| its been my experience when submitting books at a con or via witness, it takes about 30-40 days to show up on the account. | ||

| I should have added I did pay extra for the 14 day turnaround. Maybe that is why I was told by the representative that I should see it on the dashboard by Weds 5 days after hand off. The other question is does it load to the dashboard using email? Sorry just weird that I wasn’t familiar how I review it until now. | ||

| The other question is now in day 10 I still have not been charged on my credit card. Again I have the pink forms I paid for the 14 day service and still nothing in dashboard or payment charged. Wish a CBCS person could answer. Happy Monday | ||

| They aren't going to charge you until things are checked in. If you got the express service and they aren't done by the 16th, you'll get your money back if they haven't taken it by then. | ||

| @twoodroof28 Okay so three of my four books now show up in the dashboard. The kind of crappy thig is (and I don't want to jump the gun) But I did pay for the 14 day service. They still have time to get here and I hope they do but we are now on day TWELVE. | ||

| @actionnerdtoys if you gave them at the convention on the 28th, the clock started on Wednesday the 2nd. The turnaround is business days. So you're on day 5 or 6. | ||
