 The Cosmic Circus - who have built-up a pretty solid track record for Marvel-related scoops - is reporting that The Surfer will be introduced in a Disney+ "Special Presentation" in the same vein as the recent Werewolf By Night. According to their breakdown, the special will "feature Norrin Radd as Galactus’ Herald out in the far corners of the cosmos.
