It was, they just hit this morning, and the reholder is already at Labels (which is probably where they start).

Interesting. Our latest reholder has gone from labels back to grading. Full disclosure I've no visibility into the inner workings of the CBCS process line, but that seems like a step backwards. Especially when it makes sense that a reholder would start at labels.

And now it's at heat seal. Very odd.

You may want to PM @Wade_Story. He was able to help me a while back.

WELL LOOK AT THAT!!! Our recent VSP submission (five books) is already at Pressing after only five business days at ImagingSP. The last VSP we did took nearly 21 business days before moving to the next stage.

Glad to hear that there's still hope.

I didn’t realize General Hux worked at CBCS. Your submission quality should be of the First Order

In all fairness I dropped off my books the day after the VSP promo was announced. I had already printed up and submitted the order beforehand so I had to write the promo code on the submission paperwork and trust that they'd get it into the system. It may also be relevant that all five books had the same signature from the same signer so it was probably an easy read and verify. See ya at the finish line!

Magazine submission dropped off on March 6 flew through the system. Received home in just a few weeks.
17 books, with a combo of VSP and Pressing on them that were dropped off at the same time are still sitting in ImagingSP.
I guess they’re held up behind books from recent con’s.
🤷🏼‍♂️
