| I tried what you say but there was no indication of the order status. I gotta say a magazine (ST #1) sent in Nov 14th for grading and signature authentication hasn’t budged since I got an email saying it’s due for grading about a month ago. How often do they update the status on the work order or is there somewhere else I should be looking? | ||

| Ok I have another question- I just got an email saying my order is complete and being made ready to ship. Can I see what grade was assigned and if my signature(s) were verified. I will likely try the dashboard again to find this in order status. Regardless it’s a thrill to think I’ll have it back soon! | ||

I choose not to get a LOA since I don't want an authentication sticker on my book. I'm glad they sent the VSP yellow label when they returned the magazine. Hopefully one day, we get a larger slabs for Vogue or Newtype magazines.

| @Kotaro I don't think there's an email specific to verification. You should get one when it's received, when it goes into the pressing area, when it goes into the grading area, when it's done, and when it ships. | ||

| Theres no email for verification, but if you click on your "Print Invoice" button it will say "Imaging" for your order status while waiting for the verification to be carried out. Once the verification is completed it will switch to "Pressing" and you will also get an email telling you that as well. | ||

| Looks like grading is making up for pressing; my books were about two weeks behind in the pressing room but finished today right about on time for the total TAT. Received January 4th so I expected them around the end of the month. | ||

| Weird, Mine went into the pressing room January 3rd and they still haven't even started to grade them yet (they are in the grading room however, just no progress otherwise). Edit: Just checked "Print Invoice" again, still showing only as "Grading" on the modern portion and "Received" on the Vintage portion. |

| Mine have passed signature verification and grading and seem stuck in labels. they have been at CBCS for almost 3 months, and of that time, they've been in labels for over 3 weeks. I got excited when the moved to labels, just to be disappointed. | ||

| My most recent submission was delivered Friday morning and still has not been received. I think this may be the longest delay I have had between books arriving and entering the system. Hopefully it's because of people leaving CGC causing increased volume. | ||

| @Silversorrow if the moderns and vintages are on the same order, the moderns are probably slowing it down. They have a 30-day grading TAT instead of vintage's 20. | ||

| My submission has been received as of this morning. Three modern books, one with pressing. While it doesn't show on the dashboard, I also received an email that the book being pressed is in the pressing area. I assume the other two books will idle until it has become flat; they both are metal cover variants. | ||

| Seems to be close to the average lately, definitely much slower than the fall though. I had a submission that was delivered at the end of August and completed VSP/Pressing/Grading (all at the slowest speed tier) and entered Shipping exactly 30 calendar days after being received by CBCS. I knew that couldn't last sadly.... | ||

| Are the TATs on the website still accurate? I get the feeling from the posts above, that the TATs are taking a bit longer than posted on the website. I noticed that under the "About" tab on the website, the "People Who Make It Happen" are listed. Steve and West are the only people listed. There are only 2 people who make the whole show happen! That is an amazing workload for 2 people, but could also help explain the cause for the slowdown. They might be entering a rest period. |
