| Thats how I felt. What sucked is most books I keep but some I sell. Obviously the time cost money. Also removed a couple books from pressing and that I think cost me a 9.8 on my batman beyond 1. | @DenverNerd - Hi. Disregard the PM questions that I sent you, I just saw your post in the thread so the Press is noted. As such, I won't say I have a direct line, But some of the references that I have made in my submission status posts come from posts that Mr. Pancakes (Steve Ricketts) has himself made in the Pressing thread. Key point is that they are now well into pressing comics that were received in Oct 2021 and that all comics received for Press prior to that have been completed. I have 12 of 14 press submissions delivered June 2021 completed and the final one is in grading and one is in HeatSeal. I have 3 of 14 press submissions delivered July 2021 completed with one in HeatSeal the other ten still marked as "Received", but again based on Mr. Pancakes comments, I know those are somewhere in grading. I also have 2 of 2 press submissions delivered in Sept 2021 completed though it was a combined Modern and Expanded submission. Bottom line, even though yours may still be marked as in Pressing, unless it was delivered in October, it should be somewhere in grading and likely will be completed sometime this quarter. Thought I would share so that others waiting on books may determine what is going on. I marked out the order that was cancelled and never sent it. One thing to note, the December 2021 order was back in billing for additional cost for shipping which I've paid. I still can't figure out what is going on with my second October order. I think it has been incorrectly moved to another group during the recent move to the new facility. I have an additional order in through my local shop from this same time period and it has now gone into grading so hopefully soon. |
