| I posted 2 weeks ago saying my 2 books were stuck on verification and grading for a few months. I emailed them the same day asking what is going on with my books. This seemed to wake them up. It seemed like they forgot about my books and when they got my e-mail, my books were fast tracked and I got my books back today, and this is with signature verification. So, if your order seems to be taking longer then it should be(they told me 6 months back in July, which means I should have had them back in January), send them a nice e-mail asking what is going on, |

| one from Sept modern press and grade is supposed to be delivered to me tomorrow. So its much earlier than originally expected. On that they received a month earlier had been in pressing, but went back to "received" a week or so ago, has not changed to grading. Guess I'll try to contact them some time next week if It still hasn't changed. All of my submissions have been me handing them to their rep at Con.'s . | ||

| So they do seem to be getting faster. Got an email Friday that my August 2022 submission was going into grading --it had a surprise signature to verify, but that seemed to only slow things a week). (Modern --regular speed, no pressing) Yesterday got an email my Sept 2022 submission was going into grading. Just checked the Tracker and it says both are done grading and into processing (I don't necessarily believe that, but interesting)... Regardless, the TAT seems to be picking up. |

| Hi folks. Does anyone have an idea how long VSP is right now for a 1975 book? I see the turn around times for the different tiers, but I don't see the time for VSP. Just curious what's the estimate before I turn in books. Thank you! | ||

| I heard back from CS today finally. They have apparently misplaced my 2 books. Which I guess is why it took so long for them to get back to me in any form, cause they were trying to find them. I'm glad they told me, and I've asked for a refund instead of grading credit.
