| seriously. did they lose my comic during the move. it started processing back in dec of 2021. so has been 13 months with no update. ive seen members submit at the same time (literally. someone submitted at same convention) get theirs already or some submit theirs 2 months after me and get theirs was first ever comic I sent over. they have it. got confirmation when processing. so whats the deal? I have 3 others submitted. they going to go mia too? I get it, they take forever but when I see people submitting at same show, no rush or submitted later with pressing, no rush get theirs. |

| @power_struggle55 I wish I had an answer for you. It's definitely nuts that later orders are finished before yours. And it's not like it's a difference of days. I agree with what others have recommended -- definitely reach out to Jesse and I would start messaging CBCS customer service consistently, like every other day or something. Squeaky wheel and all that. Doesn't make it any better, but hopefully someone will finally track down your book and get it back to you. |

| Finally got news on my submission that was checked in 2/21/22. When I originally sent it in, I believe the total TAT was supposed to be approximately 20-24 weeks. This is a 21 modern, no press, non-express submission. After 46 weeks I was notified today that it was now moving into grading. | ||

| Had an Express tier order with VSP and no pressing, showed as delivered to CBCS on dashboard Nov. 28th, 2022. After five weeks and not seeing or receiving any update via email, I had tried to contact my service rep Kurt Nelson <knelson@beckett.com> Kurt Nelson Western Regional Sales Manager knelson@beckett.com but after 3 attempts was told he no longer works for the company. I did get a reply from customer service that while there was not a valid reason as to why my order did not process on time, I would be refunded the grading fees. The credit did hit my account and the books passed and have since been shipped. |

| Update on my situation. I had 2,443 comics submitted to CBCS and I'm now down to 953 after quite a few orders have been shipped. CBCS ignored my request to ship back my books. Weird thing is that they are shipping an order from 4/3/2022 when I have two others from 3/4/2022 and 4/1/2022 - all three are modern pre-screens. The one they are shipping has 116 books of which only 66 made the 9.8 pre-screen or 56.9% - my lowest percentage ever with them. The one that I received before this one had 107 out of 140 for 76.4% - not too bad but still below the 85% I regularly receive. The cynical part of me is thinking they are rushing the orders through so as to catch up on the massive backlog. I have a sneaky feeling that new order submittals are (much) lower allowing them to concentrate on the backlog. Will be SO glad when all these orders are completed. |

| because the email I got mentioned my june 2022 submission as well as my nov 2021 as both are "grading" I wont be surprise if they come around the same time. if that 2nd submission comes pretty early. that would make up the wait. the 2nd order has more comics (3 vs 1) and has issues more valuable then the 1st. Id be fine. want the 2nd order to come in a decent time as it has Amazing spiderman #365 (1st appearance of spiderman 2099) and amazing spiderman #4 (first appearance of cindy moon as silk) | ||
