Dang. I’m starting to question my morality issues with Wal mart.

Edit: I just messaged my KC homey. If I can smoke a pork shoulder in this, morals be damned.

Smoking a shoulder in this shouldn't be an issue. Searing a steak might be though.

Just remember if you get it don't skimp out and buy cheapest pellets available. I hear they clump and cause headaches.....

They have 2 colors to choose from. Black or copper I believe.

Let us know how you fare. If it goes bad your KC buddy made you do it, not Bronte. Lol

It’s a done deal. He has other cookers beyond this but always resorts to one.

Thanks @Bronte, this is reminding me of the Jim Lee hex bag.

@HeinzDad

No problem. I'm glad to spend other people's money. Lol

Edit

You figure on hex bags I got a couple and I dont even go to conventions. Although they might be good for "Go bags" in case of hurricane.

I'm not sure I'll get a finished pic of dinner, it shouldn't matter though, fried food looks pretty similar. Yellow Perch, and with inspiration from @DrWatson, the first time I make and eat fried green tomatoes....
