Stuck in "Billing "18408

Anyone else run into this?I'm trying to respond to an email I received asking for payment for my order.I have a payment method on file,but when I try to click the payment button,it says "failed,null".I also tried to add a different payment method and it won't let me.Any advise would be appreciated.

The one time I had a payment method issue on the website I had to try some kind of end-around like deleting the current one, or adding a second and deleting the first. Sounds like you tried the second one already. Aside from that I would just email customer service and expect a wait.

payment method, then re-entered it,and BOOM!! Thanks so much.

BOOM! Now wait a year for your books. I think if they billed LAST (after grading/encapsulation) the wait would not be so long, somehow. Funny how we would be flooded with "communication" i.e billing, but send emails asking where we are at 10 months deep into the process and crickets.
