| Anyone else run into this?I'm trying to respond to an email I received asking for payment for my order.I have a payment method on file,but when I try to click the payment button,it says "failed,null".I also tried to add a different payment method and it won't let me.Any advise would be appreciated. | ||

| The one time I had a payment method issue on the website I had to try some kind of end-around like deleting the current one, or adding a second and deleting the first. Sounds like you tried the second one already. Aside from that I would just email customer service and expect a wait. | ||
