| I have been trying to get a hold of Matthew Edawards via e-mail for almost two weeks but I hadn’t received a response. I am sure he may be swamped with work but the con is coming up this weekend and I am afraid I might miss out. Is there any other way to get a hold of Matthew? | ||

| Oh, ok. For a moment I thought there was something wrong with my e-mail. I even e-mailed customer service to verify if Matthew was the point of contact and I haven’t heard from them either. I also called customer service but haven’t received a response at that front as well. If I don’t hear anything, I might have to take the verified route. | ||
