| I'm thinking it's Ken Hauser. @figment it could be blue if the submitter was willing to take the grade hit for the unwitnessed sketch and writing on the cover. Same thing would happen if you sent to CBCS and said 'encapsulate even if fails verification'; you get a regular label and a grade hit. |
