Books Received? Anyone answer the phones?18216

| Recently attended a comic con and submitted 4 books at the show. 3 on the first day and 1 on the second day of the show. The book from the second day already was graded and shipped. The other books are not appearing as received or in process in my CBCS online account. Is that normal? Tried to reach out to customer service but no response. CBCS used to have humans who answered the phones but now it seems to just be voice mail. |

| Yeah, just looked at other invoice and it has the “combine all invoices from this show” checked. I did not intend to expedite shipping of any of them. |
