She-Hulk: Attorney At Law show18208

I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for. drchaos private msg quote post Address this user
It seems they did something similar in the comics where She Hulk locks John Byrne in a closet because she is unhappy with where her story is going.

Men are bad. #MeToo (I always read that as Pound Me, Too.)

8 episodes × ~22 minutes = almost 3 hours

I'm sending an invoice to K.E.V.I.N for my time.

I tried. I really tried. I even watched when I was in a great place.

Loved the show, it didn't take itself seriously.

Loved the homage intro to the 70s Hulk show, really got my attention at breaking the third wall with her climbing out of the Disney app page. That had me going for a second that something was wrong.

Every now and then my Roku is playing up and while streaming flips to the home page

Overall, I really liked it. It was fun. Never took itself seriously for a minute. I like that. I was a Legends of Tomorrow fan. I hope they actually do some more.

people who hated the show were expecting different. I liked it was different. I reconmend it to people saying its basically Law & Order with super heroes. she doesnt fight crime on the streets she fights crime in the courts.

Yeah there were some good vs bad guy moments but for the most part it was a super hero legal drama. It hinted at Planet Hulk/World War Hulk. Gave us Titania, Frogman, Wrecking Crew, Daredevil back (more then a gag in No Way Home), and Skaar.

I hope there is a season 2. Im not hoping she just shows up in Daredevil: Born again. Maybe reference in passing like

Karen: So whats the deal with that lawyer in LA. Are you still hooking up?
Matt: No...after I met her family it got weird.

I enjoyed it, and my wife enjoyed watching too. She doesn't watch all the shows and movies, and doesn't watch as much media as I do in general, so it was nice to see her invested.

For the last episode I appreciated that they called out the 'big superhero ending' that all these shows/movies have and went a different direction. My wife wished they had a bit more of a finale in the show itself instead of through the 4th wall.

I’ll just say, Tatiana Maslany is really something. As a fan of hers from before this show, I knew she’d be good on it. I just underestimated her comic timing.

And that intro in the style of the 70’s “Incredible Hulk” show was perfect.

OK, full reversal of previously negative position. Tonight I put She-Hulk on around 6:00 and just let it run. Previously I had stopped at episode 2. Eventually the wife joined in to watch and then my teenage son. It gets a lot better after episode 2. They stuck around to the end of the series. Episode 7 had us cracking up. If anyone is avoiding the show, at least give episode 7 a shot. I really like the way they used the show to weave in a bunch of minor characters from the history of marvel.
