| Yikes, a 9.4 with a Kirby signature pulling far less than a 9.2 just a few months ago… Then again I think the 9.2 was the outlier. Hopefully whoever bought the 9.2 was a cash buyer and not financing for a flip… because it looks likely to be worth nearly $1M less than they paid… ouch. |
