| @ARTisCOOL Great choice! So so so so tired of seeing Spawn 1, Spider-Man 1, etc... Even in 9.8 I've grown tired of Spawn/Spiderman signed by McFarlane. I love oddball, cool choices like this one. |

| Yea, I asked a question of CGC CS about it and got the answer that they are still signing and my books had not even been signed yet. He went home for the holidays but came back and is in Sarasota now. So I guess they'll keep coming out as he signs stuff, etc... | ||

| Just checked and 3 of the 5 books I sent in went from "received at CCS" to "scheduled for grading". The other 2 are still showing received. They were checked in on 11/28/22. I have a question for anyone who have gotten theirs back already. Did you add pressing to your order? I've actually never sent in to CGC before so wasn't sure if that was being done before or after the signing. Or if it was actually even done at all. I've heard a couple of stories of people getting their books back that were supposed to be pressed but doesn't look like they were. Or they were damaged after. |

| @Puckster I got back an order with 6 books. 2 were 9.8 2 had bends. I asked the customer service rep if they were pressed and he said send them back. They have been in queue for a couple of weeks now. In regards to when they press them, in theory after they get signed they get pressed. I believe I was the one who emailed and asked and got the reply, but I would have to look at my history to be certain. But CCS Pressing has gone downhill. I still use it fir signings but that is pretty much it. I've lost faith in their day to day pressing even though I have had wildly successful presses in tbe past from them. Edit I have one book that is far from mint and needs pressing in a bad way. That book jumped to encapsulation today. I'm hoping it should be pretty obvious if it wasn't pressed. |

| @Bronte Good to know. I know that 3 of the books that I sent in should get a 9.8 without pressing. I'm with you, though. In theory it should be after their signed and the damage that can happen while being handled to be signed is scary. I did it to be safe. As far as I'm concerned, there's no reason why those 3 should come back with any kind of damage. The other 2 have very minor flaws on the spine. Nothing color breaking that I could see. My ASM 300 has the tiniest of tears on the top of the back cover which will probably knock it down to the 8.0-8.5 range if I'm being pessimistic. I guess I'm going to have to wait and see. |

| @multi007 not true- that’s why it says “If CCS pressing is also requested”- and that’s why it says “(an additional $20 fee applies for CCS pressing)” $120 is for just the signing and grading (6 weeks)- IF you pay another $20 you can have CCS press it and it takes an additional 2 weeks (8 weeks total)-  |

| I think they press before they get signed? My books, right now, are at "Received by CCS", yet the CS rep told me they had not been signed yet. It could be that that's just the default for SS submissions and they don't actually press them until after (which would make sense), but that status is the only thing I have to go on. |
