| @multi007 This will have to be a VSP since no one could witness it. If I had Fernando submit it with that form everyone told me about then it might get the ASP. I am fine with either since it is not a resale piece. CBCS offers this service but I do not believe CGC does. It has to be witnessed by them or an agent. Some artist can submit work to them as well. If not CGC will not authenticate it. | ||
