| Dr. Manhattan with ease. Since he can see past, present, and future time at the same time he'll know Doom/Strange's next steps before they even act. He can also create a false reality in which Doom/Strange think they've beat him, only for him to wipe out that reality. Keep in mind that DC's magicians were essentially powerless against him in Doomsday Clock because he was able to analyze, deconstruct, and use it against the heroes. | ||
