| Hello all, sorry for the dumb question. WHere can I find the status of a book I sent for this event? It only shows as submitted in my dashboard. I just want to make sure it made it to CBCS and it is getting processed. Thanks in advance. | ||

| Usually "processing" means it was received and in hand by CBCS itself not a facilitator/representative. If you have a "submitted" status and not been charged they have not received it yet. I have been having success getting responses from the email. They assign a reference number for any questions. In your subject line list the order number. Customerservice@cbcscomics.com Also I have seen it take two months from a con to show "processing". |
