| Just a word about Mutant Beaver Comics. I ordered the Crane 300 homage ASM #1 from them and two other items. The ASM had two bad spine breaks with slight color break 1/4 inch long X's two. Plus damaged corner and a spot on another corner from printing. I would have ignored the spot because not their fault, but combined with everything else. I contacted them twice with pics. They did not dignify me with a response. I probably would have just let it go if they apologized or offered me a credit or something. So just for those out there who are treated like this from them or any company, here's what you can do. Their site does say 'no returns or refunds'. You can say 'no refunds' all you want. Does not make it a fact. You can not magically absolve yourself of all responsibility. It would have been obvious when they saw the comic right away that it was sub par. They don't respect their customer enough to sell the comic as a 9.2 elsewhere. Well, guess what? The credit card company did not agree those practices either. They returned the money to me. They credited me just for the one comic and not the shipping. If I would have asked for a investigation I would have gotten a third of that back too. Wasn't about the money. Just as a lesson to their arrogance. That being said 7 Ate 9 comics offer's the same books for about the same price plus they use Canada post. 3 comics from MBC was 38.05. Four or more if I wanted was 26 bucks from 7 Ate 9. | ||

| My experience with them has been mixed. They made an error I never saw and asked if they could make it right be giving me a 100$ gift card. I said sure and there it was. Never did figure out what error was... I have emailed them a few times and response has been somewhat iffy but I've never had a real issue with them yet...... |

| My opinion is mixed too. I've bought from them about 4 or 5 times now, and the books have always been in excellent condition. Their response to my emails has been somewhat lacking. In my most recent dealings with them, they responded quickly and offered a $30 gift card to help with the issue. I feel they're worth a chance if you're on the fence. But if I were in the States I'd just use Comic Mint. Typically the same stock and you wouldn't need to deal with border nonsense. |

I had something similar Samuraicor.I ordered 4 used comics from ComicXposure and had questions about my order.The only way to communicate was text.I tried text after text and no communication.All of this for a month and a half and no text and no comics but ComicXposure took the $30.I called my American Express and returned my money  .I will never buy comics from ComicXposure again.Thank u American Express.I don't leave him without it. |

| TCM is fantastic in many regards but the problem I have with them is they are too dang popular. On hard to get stuff they sell out really fast. | ||
