Does CBCS grade these variants?1787

Hello, people of this forum, this is going to be my first posting on any forum so happy me. I am seeking help from you  I'm a comic collector (big surprise there) of all types. The one this that I've been having trouble with is finding out whether CBCS grades the older Zenescope variants like the Jay Comics variants. I do know that CGC does not grade them due to the fact that the cover hangs over the actual book. I'll put load a photo  So does anyone know if they'll grade this? Thank you |
