| Check out the 'super-collector' link in the description. It's broken. So this item (nice item, provided it's real) has bids, but also has a (broken & very sketchy) link down below where you can apparently purchase the item for a BIN price and dodge eBay fees & taxes. Uhmm... dodging the taxes on an item this pricey is very Not Legal and now it's fully documented here in the listing thus incriminating both parties in this sale. As for eBay fees, those are levied on the SELLER, not the buyer, so what is the buyer saving here? Take a look at the advertisement on the back of the book: "Look who's smiling now!" It'll be the seller smiling if anyone takes this bait. I'm with @consumetheliving and I suspect this is a scam. |
