| I have a friend that wants to send some books off Modern Express. From looking at the site, it appears that will be $40 per book, plus shipping. When I put them in the order form, its say $51 per book. Am I understanding the pricing grid wrong? |

| What values are you inputting? I know the online submission form has been screwed up since they implemented the new pricing. For example, it’s showing Modern Express and New Express as costing $60 instead of $40 |

| Under $1000 should have no effect on the price so that at least seems to be working correctly Can you post a picture of your screen showing the book and options you have selected. Any New Express or Modern Express book I put in is coming up as $60 |

| Okay, I think that explains it. I think the dealer discount is 15%. For some unknown reason the New Express and Modern Express tiers are ringing up as $60 instead of $40. Minus your dealer discount that brings you down to $51. It is unknown if the $60 price is a mistake or an unannounced price increase |
