| The thing is, if a company sold someone a service, at some point you have to perform the service in a timeframe that has some realistic relationship to the anticipated timeframe. You can't just choose to keep pushing it back while pursuing more valuable business. A year ago I could defend this because it was new and unexpected and we needed to give CBCS the benefit of the doubt and time to sort it out. But here we are in June 2022 with CBCS still holding books that are are 3x-4x the TAT's that submitters were told to expect at the time. That simply has to get cleaned up. There's no more rationalizing that can be done on the subject. | ||
