It took longer than expected but I finally got my Shi 30th anniversary book from the Indiegogo campaign. Love the sketch Billy did inside this hard cover book. It was worth the wait.

I picked these up at NYCC. Andrew Pepoy had Homeland #1 Page 13 and Homeland #2 Page 21 at his booth. I stopped to get him to sign my Homeland #1. He happened to have these two pages with him. I brought Homeland #1 to NYCC to get Tim Seeley, Andrew Pepoy and R.A. Salvatore to sign.

Just for grins ...and since I haven't contributed to this thread recently... here's a six pack of my original dragon-themed compositions in various mediums (Please Note: A couple of these have been posted before including the blank cover commission, but not as a themed grouping; anyway, they should be worth a gander ... even without the addition of geese):

Well a very excited and much appreciated thank you for my gift commission of Cosmic Boy vs Lightning Lord and Validus sketch cover by Dave Beaty

The concept behind this one was if the Earth’s magnetic field can prevent the passage of many particles of cosmic or gamma radiation, could Cosmic Boy tap the Earth’s magnetic field and deflect lightning blasts? Much like a magic user can tap a ley line for a power boost, maybe Rokk can do the same from the Earth’s magnetic core. Gamma and cosmic rays travel at highly charged and incredible speeds through the cosmos and some, but not all, are defected by the Earth’s magnetic field. The magnetic field can also deflect the solar wind from our Sun preventing our atmosphere from being stripping away. But lightning can be hotter than the surface of the Sun. The energy from a lightning burst is super-heated and destructive.

So two electrical types…I choose you COSMIC BOY! Can he fit in a Poké Ball?
