Traded for this one, beautiful copy - tiny little flaws that a clean and press should take out fully. No spine ticks at all. Nicest raw copy I've come across so far.

Latest issue of Copra was delivered. Signed by Michel Fiffe.

He is at HeroesCon. Anyone who is going I'd recommend stopping by his booth. The guy's passion for comics is infectious. Real humble guy as well.

Picked up Alice Cooper at the flea market today. Surprisingly high grade for 5 bucks.
Most of the others I got at a local show last weekend.
The asm is super low grade...probably a .5 or 1 max,but I got an insane deal on it, so I'm happy

Also, I didn't realize the army of darkness was signed tl I got home!

Nice Alice! I’ve been hanging onto a direct edition to hopefully get signed. I’m not a personalization guy but It’d be cool to have it signed to,” No More Mr Nice Bri”!

The Goldilocks is March of Comics #1 1946. The Blue Beetle is my first. Got me to thinking about my Brenda Starr, somebody colored the blond hair on the cover red with a marker, I bought that one graded but an interesting Jack Kamen set with this actual red hair cover.

@Batman66 yeah, "puppet on a string" covers are some of my favorites. I like them better than "infinity" covers.

Picked up a couple of really nice new bound volumes recently. First up: June 1964 Harvey production department file set.

This is a beautiful copy with stunning white pages and some cool early Harvey giants.

I also have a suh-weet new Looney Tunes set to show off, but once again work encroaches upon my fun time. It will have to wait until my day off tomorrow.

Couldn't pass up a small 21+ box collection tonight before I go on vacation. I know it has a big X-Men run with keys and some silver and golden age books in it. Other than that it's mystery time.

Leaving for vacation so I won't be able to go through it for about a week...got something to look forward to when I get back 😃😃😃

I'll post some pics when I start going through it.

@Nearmint67 Thanks! My collection currently stands at 82 bound volumes. One set was privately bound, the others are all publisher’s file copy sets.

So here, then, is set #82: the final Dell Looney Tunes volume covering 1961. It should be noted that there were actually four more issues of Looney Tunes published in 1962. These were bound in a combined volume with other Warner related titles, which was standard procedure for Western Publishing if a title only had a few issues published in a year. I am told that the set containing those final four issues is extremely rare (only one known copy has ever come up for sale), and that it is doubly desirable since it is a combined Dell/ Gold Key set, which only happened during that changeover year. If I ever reach the point where I complete the 20 volume Dell Looney Tunes set, I may have to have my floppies of the final four issues privately bound to complete the run.

THREE HUNDRED AND TWELVE PAGES OF ALEX ROSS GOLD!!!!

Excuse my excitement. I decided to splurg this month and get two art books from Amazon. This arrived today and is the first one to show up. I bought a new copy and am I ever glad I did!!! I just flipped through it so far, but even that little bit was glorious!!!

When my second book shows up later this week, I'll share that one too.

Just back from CBCS after a year.

Only mild disappointment was the Wolverine Vol. 2, #1. But it was a cheap flea market buy, so I can’t complain too much.

The Spawn #1 was a pleasant surprise.

I plan on it!!! This is actually the first comic art book that I've bought. I've been meaning to buy this one for years!! I have about 20 more comic art books that I want. I'm planning on buying one a month for a while. Next month, I'm pretty sure I'll be pre-ordering and receiving the new Frazetta book. I thought I could maybe find a cheap, used Frazetta art book. Boy was I wrong!!! There is no such thing as a cheap, used, Frazetta art book!!! LOL

My first endeavor into buying concert posters.

Here is one of the most popular designs from the Avalon series. The handbill was designed by poster legends Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse. It features the famous Frankenstein image and Grateful Dead has been erroneously misspelled as well!
