gorgeous book, but I for one don't understand why they would title a book about a boy without underwear 🤷. Sorry dad joke.

I find it curious that Concrete hasn't had some kind of a TV show for Netflix or other streaming channel. Given the environmentalists bent of the character, it seems like it would get a lot of support.

I concur. Concrete was a delightful character and it's a pity nothing is being done with him.

Amidst the Star Wars a couple of Wacky Packages stickers. Very varied. LOL!

Wacky Packages were hot when I was in middle school. I literally have to resist looking them up on EBay.

I'd been wanting on of these for a while but never pulled the trigger. Finally did right when the show came out before the prices skyrocketed too much more.

More Ace Comics!

I couldn't resist this spoof of the acetate debacle and grabbed one from NickGQ, this is an artist proof copy 3/50

Oh, yeah, I remember having a complete set of Wacky Packages. That took some time (and some allowance) to get that together!

Didn't even know this existed until recently, and loved the art so much I had to have it.

I overpaid a little bit for this, but I didn't want to pay the 9.x price premium, and it's similar condition to my Captain Britain #1.

Thread making me sad. I sold off all my Concrete books (pretty sure I had every appearance) and my Sandman run about 10 years ago. I regret doing that.

I didn't go back in the thread to look, but someone posted a slabbed copy of Gargoyle #1. I found this guy in the wild at a yard sale today...wasn't even looking for it. Lol

I had forgotten about that cartoon until now. I was old enough to watch the reruns, too young to watch it when it aired. Not by much though. 🤣🤣🤣
