| So how do all of the new tiers and express / express plus affect older Fast Pass / Fast Press submissions? I have a Fast Pass / Fast Press submission (21-34160D1 in case someone from CBCS is looking) from Sept that hasn't received a single update since Sept 22nd. Can that order qualify for some sort of money back guarantee? I understand the huge backlog, I understand TATs are only estimates. But when you pay up extra money for a service, the very least thing that a service provider can do is keep you accurately up to date or answer an email. Just provide some transparency and real expectations. |

| @SlayerRick710 I think in the past someone said that imaging is the last thing that happens before shipping, so that book might be done soon. If others are in "pre-grading" there's no way to tell without knowing what tier you used and when you sent them. | ||

| So my book went to grading I have to say this here so everyone can see it the C.S. Team is awsome when you talk to them but getting to them can be tricky. They canceled a book n for me as the pressing currently has no fast pass options. Will send that book with the other raw when they are done grading and my books in grading status now! | ||

| My books we received this past Tuesday and are now in labels. Yes I picked the express option, that's fast! My September order with Fastpass and press has been in greeting since Tuesday oh, so I'm likely to get the other submission first. |

| @SlayerRick710 raw grade basically just means they don't slab it, but otherwise it goes through all the same steps as any other book. Take the same tier grading time and subtract ... some amount of time. | ||

| I think I may have asked this before, but when I open the Print Invoice/real status link, I get "ImagingSP". Does that mean one of the books is potentially targeted for the Featured page? None of the 2 books is particularly "wow factor"; is not 9.9/10; and I didn't ask for Add-On pictures so not sure with certainty what it might be? One is Strain 1 signed by Guillermo del Toro The other is Negan Lives signed by Jeff Dean Morgan. They're nice comics but don't seem to be in-line with what I typically see on Featured which is high grade keys or 9.9/10 comics |

| @SlayerRick710 - if i recall, on of mine was in imaging for about a week before it went to Featured and the other was a few weeks. Keep in mind that the mystery one never made it to Featured and no photo ever showed in the Graders Notes like the other four. | ||
