| i got an email this week saying my order has entered the "Grading Room". However, on my account, it says my order was in grading since July (I never got an email about the status change though). Can anyone clarify if this email was just sent late or my order was never in grading in July. Does anyone know how much longer it'll take from this stage? |

| @loubot - it could be that the email is just catching up. It could be that there was a change in sub-stage of the grading status (which you could see by clicking the “Print Invoice” hyperlink after clicking the submission. It could also be that it entered the grading room back in july and is just now being graded. | ||

| Lots of movement yesterday and today below in Bold EDITED 9/28 - I have noticed a couple of others post what I have also noticed a few times and now 3 times in the past week. That being, after a brief movement to the "Labels" and "HeatSeal" sub-stages of Grading, the submission goes back to the "Grading" sub-stage in the "Print Invoice" hyperlink. I am wondering if perhaps maybe CBCS has added in, but not sub-staged, a new QC or maybe Finishing process whereby they are buffing out the encasements? Just speculation on my part as there was a couple of points where reports of marring or marks on the encasements were being reported, but I have not seen any of recent. Delivered to CBCS on June 8th 2021 in two separate boxes. | So almost a year ago I went to comic con in NYC, got 13 books signed with a witness from CBCS and those books still say received. Of course they received them at comic con October 8th, but didn't put them in the system until Dec 8th. So in two weeks I'm heading to comic con in NYC again, but since I won't have last year's books back from CBCS I will now have to go to the competition so I don't have to wait another year not to receive my book. | ||
