| Today my modern, grade-only, invoice is eleven months old & nine months in received status. I'll put a little candle on a cupcake in celebration of this milestone tonight. Probably a black cupcake. I don't think I'll light the candle though - that would imply that there's some light at the end of this tunnel and there just isn't. The only upside is that the books were for my PC. I can't imagine if they were part of my business plan/side hustle. |

| My Oct 22, 2021 has shipped back today. The October 24, 2021 order is still "Received" while my Dec 13, 2021 is in "Grading". I do believe that they are trying to get things under control but I'm still perplexed by orders being worked out of order. The one that shipped back today was in grading half the time of my previous but that could be attributed to the recent move of the business to the new address. | ||

| EDIT: Moved from HeatSeal to Shipping on same day! The "Label" sub-level of Grading no longer seems to be a choke point as a day after entering the Label sub-level, the Bold submission below moved to "HeatSeal". A notification was received that the submission has entered Production, just after I did my daily click of the "Print Invoice" hyperlink button and saw the move from Labels to HeatSeal. Since May, HeatSeal has been taking 1 day to 4 days for the most part but there were two 10 day and one 6 week HeatSeal period but those were around the time of their location change. | i got an email this week saying my order has entered the "Grading Room". However, on my account, it says my order was in grading since July (I never got an email about the status change though). Can anyone clarify if this email was just sent late or my order was never in grading in July. Does anyone know how much longer it'll take from this stage? |

| @loubot - it could be that the email is just catching up. It could be that there was a change in sub-stage of the grading status (which you could see by clicking the “Print Invoice” hyperlink after clicking the submission. It could also be that it entered the grading room back in july and is just now being graded. | ||
