| I just received a shipment where only 3 out of 10 passed my grade limit. Not complaining about that. What they DID do is send one of the books that passed as a 9.8 in a flimsy plastic sleeve with the CBCS label indicating that it is a 9.8 in a separate bag! What's up with that? No paperwork indicating why they did not put the book in the hard plastic case. There is no way anyone is going to buy this book without the hard plastic case. Makes no sense to me, and of course, when you call they only accept a message. You cannot get a human being to talk with. Called and left two messages. Tried to call the NE Sales Rep, as I live in the NE, but there is no answer and no ability to leave a message. Have cancelled the charge on my credit card. Perhaps that will get someone's attention. |

| @madvitale - That happened to me once before. I sent an email to cs and had them send me a shipping label, sent the comic and the CBCS label back to them and they completed it promptly and reshipped. | ||

| This is a big surprise. On 9/9/22 is sent a book into CBCS for signature verification, grade, slabbed. Today 9/16/22 I got an e-mail stating it was being shipped back to me. But my September 2021 submission is still saying processing. |

I still believe that the stated estimated non-express TAT's are errantly calculated from when CBCS moved from Week TAT's to Business Day TAT. As an example, "490 Business day" estimated Pressing TAT is is probably more like a 70 week TAT or 350 Business day TAT. None of my June, July, Aug, Sept 2021 submissions that have been completed below are anywhere near what is stated on the home page. | Got an email that an order completed, which I was not expecting this quickly. Sadly it's an odd order and probably not helpful for other people tracking their own. It has VSP on a couple books, fast pressing, and regular-speed modern/expanded grading from before the new price structures were introduced. The timeline anyway: sent in late/mid February, marked as going into grading in mid August. I have no idea why grading apparently went so fast. Maybe the email is teasing me (or trolling everyone who sent in orders after me). Maybe all of my books failed prescreen so they didn't do anything to them. |

| @PressMeComics - Basically two possibilities if all are the exact same tier. 1) They are indeed out of order. Which does happen frequently, but my guess is that with the move to the new facility, later in the future this may not happen as much or as wide a time disparity. 2). It could be that your 10/24 submission has just not been updated on your dashboard. Others have reported the same issues and you can also see from my Post #889 that both cases have occurred with my submissions. The most..fun... is when you go from Submitted/Received straight to Shipped/Ready for Pickup with no updates. Cheers |

| @Lobofan - It looks like you are asking about signature verification and encapsulation without grading. If so, the Estimated TATs on the home page is suggesting 28 business days so about 5-6 weeks. However, it was running quite a bit longer than that a few months ago, i if I recall correctly, there were some other forum members posted outside of this thread, that they got theirs back in just 2-3 weeks. I think, but not sure. | ||

| Does anyone have an example of tat on a pre screen modern order? I have 2 orders one from Nov 2021 and Feb 2022 of 10 modern books pre screen that just say received. I hope CBCS gets it together because they grade slightly better and their case is substantially better but due to standard tat and the huge jump on express pricing I'm forced to go to CGC. | ||
