My order shipped shortly after confirming my address! I am tremendously happy to finally be getting my books back...although my dreams about the grades were a bit crushed. I really thought there were several 9.8 contenders. Notes mostly mention "spine stress". I know my grading is better than it was a year and a half ago but I thought spine stress was something I was pretty tuned into. Oh well. Still not bad. At least I can say I have several of the best CBCS graded ASM 252 Canadian price variants. |

| I have an inquiry about ExpressPlus service with VSP add on. I recently sent in a couple of books to be graded with signature verification added with the ExpressPlus service. When I added the books to the online order sheet, it stated turnaround times would be 2-3 weeks. The CBCS website has the turnaround times at 5 business days so I was curious if any board member received an order similar to mine in the last couple of weeks. This might giver me a better idea on time frame. Thanks to all in advance! | ||

| I received an email from Customer Support today. Confirmed my order is indeed in the shipping department and will go out today or tomorrow. I should be getting a FedEx tracking number shortly thereafter. I am also getting a $48 refund for imaging which they apparently no longer do. Funny that my invoice at one point said it was in Imaging. Oh well. I can take my own photos for free. June 10, 2021 delivered to CBCS September 2, 2022 Out for return delivery. My Dashboard isn't updated to show grades received. Hoping to get 2 or 3 9.8 out of 8 books. |

| I was told in email that my package was shipping by my carrier of choice. They referenced Canpar, and then gave me a tracking number. I was happy to hear this. I was hoping that Canpar would handle the duties issue better than the rumours about Fedex. Anyway, I thought it was odd that the tracking number was still not showing up on the Canpar website today. I decided to track the package on the FedEx website and...there it is. A closer look at the Canpar website confirms it probably never was an option for shipping directly from Texas. I'll weigh in on the duties issue on about September 6 I guess. I am assuming it will be a problem. Any tips about how to dispute the charges? |

You submitted your books in 6/2021 without fast pass and it seems as though both of our books are nearly done being graded. Why did I pay for the fast pass then?! | ||

| Had movement on my book from the James Tynion IV signing at last year's NYCC. Signed on 10-9-21 Billed 12-9-21 Went to grading today, if past experiences are an indication it should ship out by the end of next week. Nothing in the rest of the books put in at the same time though. |
