| UUUUGGH........ Well, this bites! CGC smoked CBCS in TAT... I purchased some Western Penn Pedigree copies a few months back and I wanted the CGC Deep Gold Pedigree Labels for these books. (3 moderns & 3 economy). I hope CBCS will soon offer something similar for Pedigree books. Specialty labels are easy.... Two separate submissions as they are in two different tiers. I shipped the books on 7.6.22 to CGC. they arrived on 7.8.22. Got the received email acknowledgement on 7.11.22 Books just arrived a few hours ago. I will post pics in another thread. So for moderns, they did 31 business day TAT.... I know our pals here at CBCS are working diligently to not only match that, but beat it. Yes, I am biased lol..... my pal started this company. And even though he is having an absolute blast over at MCS, this is still the best comic grading company IMO.... Shipping dates in attached pic....  |

| I've gotten over all the usual complaints and really don't care about the TAT by now. Here's one that I'm surprised I don't hear more often. Can I get billed in a reasonable amount of time? Four and a half months and counting I haven't been billed for a sub. It is what it is, and I have no reason to reach out to CS, but some people may. Hundreds, if not thousands of dollars have to be budgeted by a lot of folks. What? Five months later you overdraw someone? Shoot, payment methods expire in that time period as well. Like Big Worm once said, "Playin wit my money, is like playin wit my emotions". |

| This thread took an interesting turn. People with orders dating to before July 2021 may want to take note. @Scifinator My mid-August 2021 pressing order still says "pressing" on the invoice as well. My July 1st 2021 pressing order got through pressing, went back to "processing" and is now back in "received" status. |

| Well, my August 2021 pre-screen modern order turned one year old today - i.e. it has been one year since the USPS delivered the order to CBCS, not one year since CBCS formally received it as far as order status goes. My business has taken a huge hit because I can't get new stuff to sell - hopefully CBCS will ship it fairly soon but who knows? I have started submitting to the other guys and it appears that pre-screen modern orders that I placed with them a month ago will be shipped before any of my CBCS orders. I guess the good news is that I have over 2400 books in the two systems since last August so once things get going, I should be getting shipments in at least once a month - that will help a lot. |

Today 8/25/22, the consumer and modern went to grading. I guess they wait for all to be done to ship back to me. NO telling how it will be on the ONE expanded book. How long between grading email and shipping back if they were all finished is it???? |

| @dwhitwo254 Consumer, expanded, and modern were always on the same schedule so there's nothing in your order holding up the others. If you read through the thread it sounds like people are getting books from Septemberish so it could be any time. | ||

| @dwhitwo254 - Once you get the grading email, unfortunately there is no accurate appx timeframe as to when you will see shipped. This is because there is still quite a bit of inconsistency on the notification emails and updates to the dashboard. if you peak back at my updates, you’ll see that I noted it looks like the Expanded tiers from my june/july 2021 submissions seem to be moving a little faster than my moderns. The old Consumer, Expanded, Modern tiers don’t actually move together and are slightly different in there estimated TATS , but fairly similar. With VBCS shipping grade only submissions from September, you probably have at least a month and like2-3 more to go. |
