| @chefcomics I had 2 submissions and had the rep tell me month after month they were going to be next month, basically from january to May. I got sick of the runaround, and told them i want all my books back, 60 total. he said they didnt like to do that as they wont make any money on it. I argued of course them telling me 4 months and taking well over a year, I am not making anything either. So he had agreed to ship them all, then told me this time for real that the squeeky wheel had been greased. So i said ok.(feeling like a sucker) just get them done, and they were done and shipped 2 weeks later. So losing your shit a bit does help it along. I also am dealing with a bunch of smashed up books now. After 3 weeks i finally got a label to ship them the broken books. | ||

| @chefcomics a number of people have said they would in the forums. I don't know how many actually did, and have never seen anyone post that they got them back. @Rongro's post is the closest I've seen. | ||

| Just sent in 2 books Vintage Express plus. UPS shows signed for at the loading dock. Hope it all turns out well. If so, I will start sending some more. I don't like the fact CBCS is charging me for return insurance. It could have been my fault and that I clicked on something by mistake. Kind of excited anyway. | ||

| I finally received my books back. 1 Year 1 Month and 5 days later. Grades are exactly what I expected with the exception of my Damaged GI Joe #1 that they split the spine on. What I did not receive is my agreed upon check for the damage. As if I should be surprised since nothing has gone the way it should have other than a quick check in when the comics were received. Had high hopes for my experience with CBCS for the first time. Verdict is not in yet, if they take care of the check then at least they are doing what they said they would. Here is a list. | @Mully55 I had gotten 3 consecutive CGC subs in the same time CBCS took to do 1. All normal modern subs, no pressing no fast passes. I did have to constantly complain to the CBCS rep and demand my books back to get my books back "faster". | ||

| I figured I'd add my 2 cents in here and maybe help someone out there. I had two submissions from mid August of last year break free from county jail today. They were submitted exactly one week apart.... Before I go on I'd like to say to everyone, DON'T BASE ANYTHING ON THE DASHBOARD.... Ok, so, the first order was "received" one month before the one submitted a week behind. The first order went into "grading" roughly 3 months before the second submission. Low and behold, they both went into encapsulation yesterday and both were shipped today. PSA complete: make of it what you will. |
