| My order has been marked as "Complete" in the dashboard, and no longer appears in the Open Orders section (books and grades are available in My Books) - at what point should I expect a shipping notification and tracking info to be available? And where would I find this on the site? Thanks in advance! |

| @soonerjudd81 - Check your SPAM folder. For some reason, I usually get the updates, EXCEPT for the shipped ones! Those seem to end up lost or as SPAM. To be safe, I downloaded the FedEx App to my iPad and created an account. So I can check out my pending packages on the App to keep track of what's going on. | ||

| Just 'shipped' but it doesn't usually take them that long to get things out the door once they're complete. And if you can see your grades then they should be shipped. | ||

| Hopefully that means I’ll have them soon then, it’s been almost a week since grades were available. Tried calling customer support to get a tracking number and left a message, guess it’s back to waiting by the front door for a while. | ||
