There is no reason whateoever that articles supporting these movies and promoting the "woke agenda" can't be shared in a thread here. The "agenda" alone is not political, but social. If it was political, then the all the threads would have to go. I think one has to look at the spirit of the reasoning behind banning political posts. I always believed the reason for banning political posts was because how divisive snd polarizing it is. That was part of it. Another part is that this is, first and foremost, a comic book forum. I would hope that people can be adult enough to not get personal or political about comic book related issues. If that means we have to have two threads (one positive, one negative) about the same movie or publisher, so be it. Edit - politics are not comic book related. If there are ever legislative bills, laws or congressional hearings about comic books, we'll review then. You get personal about things you care about. And if comic books didn’t have a woke political agenda we wouldn’t be talking about all this stuff here on the thread. Just my 2 cents.

There was a discussion in another thread about creating a consolidated thread for CS complaints. It would avoid cluttering the forum with multiple threads that are essentially the same thing as well as allow a mod and/or CS to monitor it more effectively. Also, there are lots of questions about TATs, regular posts about the cover contest, etc.; they got organized and stickied at the top of the forum. People in the past have also asked for topics/folders like on the CGC forum. I don't see why this is different. There are three active threads on essentially this topic, and there have been many others in the past. It seems worthy of being consolidated.

	Let the sales figures do the talking. We ARE talking about capitalism here, after all. If they wind up taking a huge loss, they will be discontinued. It's all about money, folks. Can we think of any other story lines or subjects the suits thought would fly and didn't, then got canceled?

There are multiple memorial threads, sometimes more than one a week. Should those threads be consolidated into one thread? I mean they take up much more space than the few topics that's being discussed here, or is it only for select types of threads or speech? Maybe complaints about cgc should also be consolidated. Can you imagine if they started consolidating these threads? There would probably only be five active threads going since the site doesn't get that many poster or new topics.

	I guess they're not very confident with these characters being able to sell books otherwise they'd have them on the cover. Well at least these books have "bikini covers" which seems to really help sell Archie books nowadays.

	The literary/movie trope of the "magic negro" has been called out for years. But I feel like there is a new trope replacing it. I've noticed this a few times now...the uninhibited young black woman who signals her modern virtue by partially or fully shaving her head. Seems like it's kind of a lazy way for writers to appeal to 3 or more "marginalized" groups with one character. I suspect a few years from now it will also get called out for being a racial stereotype.

	I really liked Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix. I started with Riverdale. I enjoyed the first couple of seasons and then lost interest. I just thought there was a disconnect with the characters. On one hand, they were fun-loving high school kids, and on the other, involved in underground gambling clubs, murders, and whatnot. Maybe if they started off in college it would have sat better with me?
