  Today is a difficult day. This is the last photo of my pupper Naru before we headed to the vet. On Sunday I got a call from the vet that Narus had kidney failure, she had less than a month to live. The vet kept saying she doesn't want my pup to suffer, but stopped short of telling me to end her pain. This morning I sat with her in the sun and watched he half walk half drag her hind legs. She still loved to eat, but she was incontinent and according to my brother was sitting in her waste. There's so much I want to say but the guilt weighs on me and I get numb. I had her 17 yrs and didn't want to let her go. I wanted to wait for the holidays to pass, but deep down I knew if I did she'd pass on naturally but in extreme pain. So I made the call and had my mom make Naru her favorite food, a taco made of ham, cheese and peanut butter. I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried at the vets office. I pressed my face to hers and my mom put my hand to her head and told her that she is my baby bear and I love her. I hope I did the right thing for her. |

 Added a cat. Mocha Joe he is dubbed. He was in a RV Park in Eastern Idaho, a pretty skilled beggar. Been doing that routine all summer, according to the camp staff. Skinny though. Came with us in the motor home, skinny no more! |

| @figment He actually wants me to bring him out a plate of food. For some reason he prefers to eat outside, probably because my female is constantly guarding the food table. This is a standard tactic of his. Usually he gets much higher up the screen. This time he couldn’t get as big of a running start due to the ice, which is why he is hanging so low. I have actually been trying to get a good picture of this for a few weeks, but he usually disengages from the screen before I can get there with the camera. This time I was ready! Dude shed his skin yesterday. It’s the first time it all held together like a snake. Most likely because he is a bit larger. Guy looked like a banana coming outta a peel and now he looks 5% more large. I gotta back off the bugs. |
