| Sooooo, I got Richard 6 feeder fish on Saturday night. He ate one that night and was left with 5. Come Monday morning he was going ape in his tank trying to get another one. I figured there was no way all 5 would be there after work, and I was wrong. All accounted for. This morning I checked his tank and there was only 2 left. I automatically figured someone scooped out a dead one or two before I looked in there. It turns out Richard ate 3 feeder fish overnight. | ||

| Some of you may remember a few photos I posted late last year, after a nasty winter storm we had. We trapped/rescued three feral cats that are still with us and doing well. One has acclimated to us, so he was probably abandoned. The other two are still wary of us, but they do interact with other cats. It will be awhile before we find them permanent homes. We still go out every weekend to feed ferals, and we are seeing more kittens. It’s that time of year.  We captured this one today, and gave it to a foster who knows how to care for feral kittens. There are three more to trap/rescue, but this one is now safe. They are near railroad tracks…   |

Spent about 30 minutes this morning sweating in the humidity while trying to catch this knucklehead roaming around the neighborhood. Finally used some dog treats to lure him close enough to snap a leash on his collar. Was calling the number on the collar when the neighbors two doors down came home and claimed him. I had no idea where he lived.    |
