| I wanted to promote this new comic book show. The promoter has been setting up at shows a very long time and has advertised it well. The tables are all sold out and there is a wait list. This will be an old school type of show at a K of C hall. I have a table reserved along with my son Casey and his buddy Carson will who will be setting up their first table at this show. They are both members on the forum too. They have helped me at many shows in the past and I think they will do well. My friend Shelby from the forum here will also be setting up at this show. Shelby, feel free to promote yourself here too. I hope some of you can make it out there this Saturday. It will run 10 am to 4 pm and only $3. to get in. Also, if your really into Cosplay, then this is probably not the show for you.   |

| Did you set up in Livonia this past Sunday? Tables were full but traffic was very slow. People were giving deals just to pay for tables, lol. | ||

| @Sigur_Ros No, I was too busy to go. I set up there once in awhile. It is too bad to hear that. Being that show runs every month, it sometimes gets to the point where it is the same people trying to sell the same stuff. I try to get there at least every other month. With this show in Clawson, I am hoping it will have a fresh feel to it and maybe some new faces and customers. | ||

| Could be a nice short road trip. We will also be doing the Really Cool Comic Con in Flint this August. This is a big 2 day show. That is really close to Saginaw. | ||

 I cleaned up one of my older wall displays for the show this Saturday. I had a larger one that unfortunately got damaged in my garage, so I pulled out one of my older ones and cleaned it up and gave the supports a fresh coat of paint. I am pretty happy with how it looks. |

| @HeinzDad Awesome. I was so busy I forgot to take photos which I planned on doing. There was a lot of buyers. A couple times people where climbing on top of each other to looks through my boxes. That is no exaggeration. Everything was selling. Slabs, wall books, regular price as marked books, Dollar box books,DVDs, and even sold 3 prints. 1 print basically covered the cost of both tables. | ||
