| Just wondering if anyone paid the express price and actually had a 14 working day tat Is that an accurate tat or is it also incorrect |

| @sylcarlin The new service tiers only went live last Wednesday so they haven’t been available long enough to confirm. That said, the express tiers have a money back guarantee so if they miss the 14 business days then grading is free |

| I might be mistaken, but I think those tiers and prices just went in to effect on the 1st of April. So no one would have gotten any info, positive or negative, about that tier yet I wouldn't think. Or what he said ^ |

| so just got an email back saying that " previous tiers will not be changed and will still be worked accordingly. Your order is still currently in the Pressing Stage. With Fast Pressing and Fast Pass already added to it, the only thing you can do now is upgrade the tier of grading." I've replied asking if this means I can upgrade to express grading - sounds like already in pressing so can't adjust that one?? I really also question the 'still be worked accordingly' - I mean - how is that possible? fast before was to cut time in half and new express are faster than that and guaranteed which to me means that an express order would go before a fast so my 1/2 the TAT would keep increasing? maybe I've got it all wrong?? Either way though..express is 14 days grading vs 100+ for the old "fast" - fast pass was $20 and express is $40 - if I can pay $20 more to drop almost 100 days off grading then I'll do it!! Lets see what 'customer service' has to say about it.... |
