| Rather than have discovered glitches in the online submission (with the new tiers/pricing) buried in the ongoing discussion thread about the new prices, I thought I would start a new topic here. My intention is just to list discovered bugs and problems with the actual online submission portal. Just now I was doing a 25 book submission - New and Modern Express. I was not able to enter more than 4 copies of an issue. When I did, I got a message saying the order had exceeded the 100 book limit anytime I tried to enter five copies. I just did four copies and corrected the printed form to show five and the updated price. Upon reflection I could have worked around this online by doing four copies and then a second entry for one copy. Wish I had - but too late. Maybe I discovered the only glitch with the online submissions portal. Maybe there are more. If you run across a glitch, consider posting here. Probably less trouble than calling customer service. We know CBCS has staff reading posts on the forum. |

| @Skywatching seems to have found an issue with the Vintage+ tier on the online submission form Despite the pricing page indicating Vintage+ is for books of all years, when you add a modern book with an FMV of over $1000, Vintage+ is not available as a tier option and the system defaults directly to Premium, which has an incredible price difference |

| If CBCS staff is reading this they need to correct the printable submission forms VSP pricing is wrong as is grading/press screening VSP says $30 1st and $25 each additional where pricing page says $30 and $20 or just $25 if only 1 signature on a book Press Screening on the forms says both $5 per book and later also $6 per book where the pricing page says $6 Grade Screening on the grading form says $6 per book where the pricing page says grade screening is $4 but only if 50% or more are rejected |

| I'd rather this did not get over critical but instead was just a list of things needing fixed. Just sayin... I started this thread because when CGC revamped their website mid December, a board member started a thread of "Used the new submission form?". Two different Administrators quickly joined in - and there was a lot of things identified by users and then fixed over the next three months. Yes, three months. It took CGC three months to get the new online submission portal working correctly. For example, my first CBCS submission online after the changes wouldn't allow more than four copies of an individual issue to be entered. My first submission online with CGC mid December came up with a bill 4x the amount owed. CBCS will not quickly learn what is not working correctly if they are not told. Regardless of how great or poor the web developers are and no matter how much "sandbox" testing, there will be things missed. I just wanna see those things fixed is all. |

| New error: There is no longer an option for reholders. After clicking “Submit Comic” there is only an option to “Add Comic” and no option to add a reholder Here is how it appeared before the update  And how it appears now (on both PC and on mobile):   |

There was an opportunity to fix the Slab Only option, so that adding a first signature did not add $25 to the base cost- but it still does that. |

The Raw Grade page still lists Modern Books for $10 and "Expanded" books at $15- but it appears those prices have actually gone up.   |

| This is the Glitch / Error / Miscommunication that is bugging me. The Estimated TAT's in the Membership tab are different from the estimated TAT's on the main page The main page estimates, at least on the lowest tiers, still look to be calculated off a conversion from the previous 32 week / 71 week x 7 day work weeks as opposed to 5 day work weeks which J.Haas confirmed to me, but did not respond when I queried why would the slow tier be based on a 7 day calc and the express and higher tiers be based on 5 day calc. So which is correct and why are both not the same? To my understanding, members do not get faster TAT's on lower tiers, right? Memebership Tab  Main Page  |

| lol....they'll have to keep upping the price to try and deter people from using that option or else there will be to many with 'guaranteed' times or $$ back. If this increase is 'real' I'll bet that they have had their first orders miss that 'guarantee' and they had an Oh Oh!! moment.....or it's just more ineptitude..... |

| @KatKomics The only reason I don’t think that’s the case is that Express Plus still comes up as $75 meaning you can get 5 day guaranteed TAT for $15 more, which you might as well do if you’re willing to pay $60. That would be even worse for them if they’re struggling to meet the 14 day TAT Also, New Express and Modern Express on the Canadian order form are coming up as $75 instead of the $50 that’s on the pricing page There might possibly be an error with the Membership giving a 15% discount instead of 10% but still waiting for verification |
